License Section

The License section of CMC is one of the important Section which deals with every kind collection of license fees from commercial activities related to fixing of hoardings, Banners, Towers, DOT license within CMC area.

Roles and Functions

  • Collection of License fees on Hoardings
  • Collection of License fees on Banners
  • Collection of License fees on Carts & Carriages and Parking fees.
  • Collection of License fees on Hoardings, Banner, Gate, Tower, Carts & Carriages and Parking fees.
  • Collection of trade license U/S 554 (Odisha Municipal Corporation Act-2003)
  • Collection of license fees from temporary Seasonal Shops.
