Click on the menu Download Forms. List of all the forms appear in PDF format. Click on the appropriate form which you want to download. After that form opens, go to File-Print option to print that form.

Open the site by typing the correct URL in the web browser. Different menus appear in highlighted form. Click on the appropriate menu whose information you want to view.

For submitting the Feedback, click the Contact Us menu at the top. A form appears below the Contact Us details wherein the Name, Address, E mail ID of the user and Feedback has to be entered. Click on the Submit button and the feedback will be sent to the Commissioner of CMC. Clicking on the Reset button resets the entry.

There is a Contact Us menu at the top. Click on that and the contact details of the Commissioner appear.
