Biju Yuva Vahini CMC Activities report for the year 2018-19

Progress reports of Biju Yuva Vahini under cluster “C” Cuttack District comprising CMC under 59 wards. The total BYV formed is 58 the total of 59 wards, Office Bearer Resolution & Bank Account opened till end of October 2018 is 57 which indicate an ideal conversion and optimum pace catches up for the project progression by our teams.

(A) Monitoring & Coordination:-

In the Month of January 2019 Cluster Coordination Unit keenly took the overall project statistics into the consideration and coordinated different issues pertaining to the present progress of the project with respect to different districts and activities relating to the programme.

(B) Various Activities Supporting the Programme:-

Various activities are carried out at CMC level keeping the SPMU official, state official, local bodies at one string so as to achieve the common goal.

Biju Yuva Vahini reached those people were affected by the flood and service to hand. In that critical situation the BYV team provided 8500 cooked food in diffrent wards of Cuttack Municpal Corporation, which was supported by the District Collectorate, Cuttack. And the process was continued for three days, the BYV team also distrubuted Dry food & cooked Food from dated 21 to 23. 07.2018.

Canter activation for Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup -2018 promotion were welcomed and best wishes by BYV volunteers, school children’s and senior citizen’s at Gandhipalli, Nehrupalli, Nua Bazaar, Mahanadi vihar, Aparna nagar, Chauliaganja, Badambadi, Khan nagar, LIC Colony, Purighat, CDA, Choudhury bazaar, Bidanasi from 21st November to 23rd November 2018.

As per instruction of District Administration, 113 BYV volunteers of CMC were engaged in Historical Baliyatra-2018, Cuttack from 23rd November to 2nd December 2018 (10 days). The BYV volunteers to take responsibilities for –

A promotion of Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup-2018 through Olly Mascot.

Awareness creates on Plastic & Polythene free Zone.

As per instruction of District administration, 113 BYV volunteers of CMC were engaged in Historical Baliyatra 2018, Cuttack from 23rd November to 2nd December 2018.The BYV volunteers to take responsibilities for crowed control.

“Run for Hockey” a mini marathon were organised at J.N.Indoor stadium with the presence of Hon’ble Mayor, Deputy Commissioner, Corporators of CMC and District Sports Officer on dated 25th November 2018. 500 participants & 50 BYV volunteers were participated in this event.

Public engagement during opening ceremony of World Cup Hockey-2018 at Phula Nakhara, Dahaliabag, Khanagar, Netajinagar, Nuabazaar, Mahanadi Vihar, Chauliaganja, Nuapada, Jagatpur, Baliyatra Padia, Gorakabar, CDA sector-7 on 27th & 28th November 2018.

500 numbers of BYV volunteers of CMC were participated in “Youth Conclave” at J.N .Indoor Stadium, Cuttack on 16th December 2018.
